I wanted to increase my swing speed, so we started working on that, but then my arms were getting too fast for my hips and I started to snap hook a lot of shots. So, then we changed the workouts to strengthen my back and now my back is the best it has felt in a long time and I can swing my swing with no problems.
My back and shoulders always felt tight and I could not get full extension during my swing. We started working on mobility and strength training. Now I am more flexible which helps my golf game, and comfort in day-to-day activities.
